  1. SHIPPING

    KIND SIGMA® ships all orders from our warehouse in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates via trusted domestic and international courier partners.

    International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Applicable import duties and taxes are covered by KIND SIGMA, so you will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. Please ensure your shipping address details are correct when placing your order, as we are unable to redirect shipments once dispatched.

  2. DELIVERY TIME

    Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

    Free standard shipping is available based on the minimum order value shown above for each region. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. KIND SIGMA cannot be responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance, remote delivery locations, adverse weather conditions, or peak periods and holidays.

  3. DUTIES & TAXES

    International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Applicable import duties and taxes are covered by KIND SIGMA and are not charged separately to you at checkout.

    The price shown at checkout is the amount you pay to KIND SIGMA, and you will not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

    Customs clearance procedures vary by destination and may occasionally affect delivery times. If additional information or documentation is required for customs clearance, the courier may contact you directly.

  4. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SOUTH KOREA CUSTOMERS

    If you're ordering from South Korea, you are required to provide a PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code) at checkout. This is mandatory by Korean Customs for all international orders.

    When you enter a South Korean address, a special "Additional Information" field will appear at checkout.
    Please enter your PCCC code in this field to avoid delays or returns.

    If you don't have a PCCC yet, you can register for one at: https://unipass.customs.go.kr

  5. TRACKING

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use the tracking link provided in your confirmation email to follow your shipment.

  6. COMPLIANCE

    KIND SIGMA does not ship to destinations where doing so would violate applicable UAE trade restrictions or international sanctions requirements.
