EXCHANGES / RETURNS

At KIND SIGMA, we offer our customers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must remain in the condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must present the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have incurred damage or show signs of wear will not meet the criteria for return eligibility.

Initiate a return by reaching out to us at support@kindsigma.com. All returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. For any questions regarding returns, please contact support@kindsigma.com.

  1. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  2. EXCHANGES

    Here at KIND SIGMA, we encourage exchanges if you experience any issues with the style you purchased. To request an exchange, please email hello@kindsigma.com. For UAE orders, return shipping for exchanges is free of charge. For international orders, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs using a tracked courier service of their choice. Once the returned sunglasses are received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped to you via DHL Express, with delivery times varying by destination.

  3. REFUNDS

    Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or disapproval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.

    For international returns, please note the following: original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Any import duties and taxes collected at checkout are non-refundable by KIND SIGMA, as these are remitted directly to the customs authority of the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about a potential duties refund on returned goods.

  4. RETURN SHIPPING

    For returns within the UAE, return shipping is free of charge once the return is approved. For international returns, KIND SIGMA does not provide return shipping labels. Customers are kindly asked to arrange and cover return shipping using a tracked courier service of their choice. Once the parcel has been shipped, the tracking number must be shared with us at hello@kindsigma.com to ensure safe and timely processing. KIND SIGMA cannot be held responsible for returns sent without tracking or for parcels lost in transit.

  5. WARRANTY

    All KIND SIGMA sunglasses come with a one-year manufacturer warranty valid from the purchase date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims within the UAE, return shipping is provided free of charge. For international warranty claims, customers are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse in Sharjah, UAE. KIND SIGMA will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer.
