EXCHANGES / RETURNS

At KIND SIGMA, we offer our customers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must remain in the condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must present the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have incurred damage will not meet the criteria for return eligibility.

Initiate a return by reaching out to us at support@kindsigma.com. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Feel free to contact us at support@kindsigma.com if you have any further questions about returns.

  1. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  2. EXCHANGES

    Here at KIND SIGMA, we encourage exchanges if you have any issues with the style you purchased. If you would like to exchange a particular style, email us at support@kindsigma.com for a return label. Once we receive your sunglasses, we'll ship out the replacement. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  3. REFUNDS

    Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or disapproval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.

  4. WARRANTY

    All KIND SIGMA sunglasses come with a one-year manufacturer warranty valid from the purchase date. We also provide free shipping for all domestic orders.
