All KIND SIGMA products conform to Directive 89/686/EEC concerning Personal Protective Equipment in accordance with Standard ISO 12312-1 (sunglasses for general use).

  1. RESTRICTION OF USE

    • It is NOT suited for direct observation of the sun.

    • NOT for the protection against artificial light sources, e.g., solaria.

    • It is NOT suitable to be used as a protective eyewear against mechanical impact hazards.

  2. CLEANING

    • Incorrect use of harsh cleansers or cleaning products can cause damage to the products. It is recommended to clean the products using either the provided cleaning cloth or another soft, clean cloth.

    • Clean the glasses with a glasses cleaning spray or a gentle soap, and avoid using abrasive detergents or sprays. When cleaning the product, avoid highly concentrated and aggressive detergents or solvents (such as alcohol or acetone), as they may potentially damage the frame, parts, and lenses.

  3. PRODUCT HANDLING

    • Safeguard your frames by storing them in the case when not in use. Keep frames away from direct sunlight, ensure they stay dry, and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures. High heat has the potential to damage your product and alter the features of the frames.

    • Avoid wearing sunglasses on the top of your head to prevent distortion of frames and stretching of hinges.

    • Engaging in strenuous activities may lead to damage to your product. Always exercise caution when wearing and handling your frames.

    • Individuals with sensitive skin may develop allergic reactions to specific metallic frames.

  4. WARRANTY SERVICES

    • Every original KIND SIGMA product comes with a 1-year Limited Warranty starting from the original purchase date.

    • The warranty excludes damages resulting from regular wear and tear, improper use, or negligence on the part of the customer.

  5. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

    • Products that have not been used can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase (receipt) by emailing us at support@kindsigma.com.

    • 4 Very high protection against extreme sun glare, e.g., at sea, over snowfields, on high mountains, or in the desert.
