Do you have a store where I can try on your sunglasses?

While we don’t yet have a flagship store, we’re actively working towards establishing one in the near future. In the meantime, we’ve already begun partnering with local and international concept stores to feature our products, and we’ll be announcing these partnerships soon on our social channels.

Do all KINDSIGMA™ sunglasses have 100% UVA+UVB (UV400) Protection?

Yes! All our sunglasses are provided with 100% UV (UV400) protection. It's important to understand that the color or the darkness of the lenses does not determine the level of UV protection. For instance, a light amber-colored lens can offer the same level of UV protection as a dark grey lens.

My sunglasses are too tight or too loose. What can I do?

Since we currently don't have a flagship store, we may request that you visit your nearest optician for any necessary adjustments to your sunglasses. Kindly check the size of the sunglasses before placing an order with us.

Do my KINDSIGMA™ sunglasses come with a warranty?
  • Each pair of KIND SIGMA Eyewear is accompanied by a one-year manufacturer warranty starting from the original date of purchase. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages from regular wear and tear, improper use, or any other form of negligence. To qualify for a replacement , exchange, or refund, you must submit pictures of the defects as proof. Once the proof is received, we will furnish a shipping label for you to return the defective sunglasses.

  • Although we meticulously inspect all our sunglasses before dispatch, in the unlikely event that you discover a manufacturer defect we may have overlooked, we will readily provide a replacement if the item is in stock. Additionally, free shipping applies to all domestic warranty replacements.

What materials are KIND SIGMA sunglasses made from?

KIND SIGMA eyewear is Handcrafted from a premium plant-based Cellulose Acetate, serving as an environmentally friendly substitute for less sustainable plastics. This material enables a diverse array of distinctive colors and patterns. Each frame is equipped with robust barrel hinges and stainless-steel cores to ensure longevity. Furthermore, the frames are complimented by CR39 lenses, delivery nearly impeccable clarity and resistance to scratches.

Where are KIND SIGMA sunglasses are made?

We collaborate closely with our reliable suppliers in Shenzhen, China, who meticulously handcraft all our eyewear. Regular visits to our suppliers are conducted to ensure that ethical labor standards are constantly upheld by everyone involved in the production process. While our Acetate typically comes from Italian Mazzucchelli, we prefer to expand ourselves beyond a single source.

Can I track my order?

Yes! For orders within the UAE, delivery will be handled by Quiqup, and you'll receive a WhatsApp notification with live tracking once your package has been collected and dispatched. For international orders via DHL Express, a tracking link will be sent to your email once your order is on its way. You can also track your shipment in real time at dhl.com using your tracking number.

Is shipping free?

We offer complimentary next-business-day delivery within the United Arab Emirates through our trusted domestic partner, Quiqup. For international orders, free standard shipping is available on all orders of $200 and above, across all regions except Rest of World. Orders below $200 are subject to our standard shipping rates, which vary by destination. Full details are available on our Shipping & Handling page.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, we can ship only to residential or business addresses.

What is KIND SIGMA return policy?

At KIND SIGMA, we offer our customers a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving our item to request a return. Please refer to our RETURN POLICY page for more information.

What is KIND SIGMA exchange policy?

At KIND SIGMA, we welcome style exchanges for any issue with your purchase. To request an exchange, email us at hello@kindsigma.com. For UAE orders, return shipping for exchanges is free of charge. For international orders, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping using a tracked courier service of their choice. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement will be dispatched to you via DHL Express. Delivery times vary by destination.

Do you provide international shipping?

Absolutely. We ship to over 50 countries worldwide via DHL Express. All international orders are shipped on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms — meaning any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees at delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. Can I track my order?

Delivery times vary by region. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We cannot accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. If you wish to return an item after delivery, please request a refund by emailing support@kindsigma.com, following the instructions outlined in our Return Policy.

How many days does it take for my order to arrive?
  • Next-business-day for domestic orders (Within the UAE).
  • 2-5 business days for international orders.
  • Exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, such as campaigns, public holidays, or delays in courier services, may lead to exceptions.

To which countries does KIND SIGMA ship?

We provide worldwide shipping to most countries. Please refer to our shipping page for the list of eligible destinations. We do not ship to countries listed on the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions list, in accordance with UAE laws.
