  1. SHIPPING

    KIND SIGMA® ships all orders from our warehouse in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates via DHL Express — one of the world's leading international carriers.

    All international orders are shipped on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. Any applicable import duties and local taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, shown clearly as a line item before you complete your purchase. There are no additional charges at your door — the total you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. Please ensure your shipping address details are correct when placing your order, as we are unable to redirect shipments once dispatched.

  2. DELIVERY TIME

    Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

KIND SIGMA cannot be responsible for delays resulting from remote delivery locations, adverse weather conditions, or peak periods and holidays.

  3. DUTIES & TAXES

    KIND SIGMA ships all international orders DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. Import duties and local taxes applicable to your destination country are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed as a separate line item before payment. You will not be charged any customs fees upon delivery.

    Note: For orders shipped to Rest of World destinations (Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, Türkiye), automated duty collection is not available at checkout. Customers in these regions may be subject to import fees payable upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

  4. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SOUTH KOREA CUSTOMERS

    If you're ordering from South Korea, you are required to provide a PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code) at checkout. This is mandatory by Korean Customs for all international orders.

    When you enter a South Korean address, a special "Additional Information" field will appear at checkout.
    Please enter your PCCC code in this field to avoid delays or returns.

    If you don't have a PCCC yet, you can register for one at: https://unipass.customs.go.kr

  5. TRACKING

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number. You can track your shipment in real time at dhl.com.

  6. COMPLIANCE

    kindsigma.com will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries, per the law of the United Arab Emirates.
